When Ali Banat founded Muslims Around The World Project, he began more than a charity. He began a mission built upon sincerity, compassion and the belief that the blessings Allah gives us should be used to serve those in need.
Mahmoud Ismail was there during those formative years — not only as a colleague in the work, but as Ali’s friend, and someone who witnessed the vision of MATW taking shape from the very beginning.
Ali ignited the mission. But he needed people around him who understood why it mattered. Mahmoud was one of those people.
